WITNESSEDRECEIPTS ON FILE

Every object
has a maker's mark.

A living multiplayer commons where every object is generated from a recipe you can check. In development.

a world that keeps living

the scenario's own numbers — from island-server/docs/design/design_world.md

the neighbours

some of the people you will meet on the island

Eleven island residents: fisher, trader, dev, barista, courier, gardener, musician, nurse — and the landlord, innkeeper and notary

the road, honestly

each milestone ends with a playable build — not a demo

  1. M0

    the ground holds

one region, deterministic 20 Hz tick, persistence, first visitor walks and chats.

  2. M1

    the neighbours live

eight villagers with needs, schedules and memory — alive through seven offline days.

  3. M2

    the island connects

nine regions, parcel ownership, terraforming — friends see each other at the boundaries.

  4. M3

    the first week

the full loop: arrive, shape, befriend, witness a season — a 30-minute stranger playtest.

the catalogue

Almende — title no. 1a living commons · in development · no date promised

how an object becomes evidence

four steps, no shortcuts

  1. beacon

A roll starts at a public drand round. The randomness is not ours to choose or reroll.

  2. spec

Every object carries the lexicon version, the round, the seed and the model settings that made it.

  3. labor

Generation is work. The archive records the bytes and the elapsed time, not a mood.

  4. witness

Every archived line carries a locally verifiable drand BLS signature — trust is checked, not asked.
